Nasko is my friend in Bulgaria. He runs a carton factory with many small-volume orders every day. Before he made these boxes, he was using a traditional box slotting machine. This is a very inefficient box making machine, and it is also troublesome to adjust the knife. It’s inconvenient if we use it for big cardboard boxes.
At the same time, it is difficult for Bulgarian factories to recruit young people, and the operators of the factories are elderly aunts and uncles. Daily production is very limited, which also limits the development of Nasco’s factory. So he wanted to find an automatic box making machine that could automatically adjust the knife, automatically feed paper, and operate easily and effortlessly.

In April 2019, Nasco set its sights on China and came to Shanghai to participate in the China International Corrugated Exhibition. Here, Nasco found his ideal automatic slotting machine, and it was here that we met.
1. Meet on the Fair
Nasco saw our box making machine at the show and stopped to study it carefully. We gave him a detailed introduction to the machine: automatic paper feeding, automatic knife adjustment, PLC+HMI automatic control, fast film changing, the same grooving effect as the die-cutting machine, the active rotating slitting knife is clean, and the ability to drill portable function of the hole. After introducing the features of the equipment, we showed him the production process of the carton. We let him enter the dimensions, operate the equipment to produce cartons, and experience the simplicity and ease of our machine.

After operating the carton box making machine, Nasko was very pleased with its functionality and ease of use, which exceeded his expectations. It was at that moment that he decided to buy the exhibition machine. However, to his regret, the machine for the show was pre-ordered by a customer in the UK, and he had to wait two months for the new machine.
We signed a contract with Nasko at the show and he arranged the payment shortly after supporting Bulgaria. In the subsequent communication, according to Nasko’s request, we changed the language of the operation interface to Bulgarian for the convenience of its staff.
For customers in different countries, we try our best to meet their customized needs and facilitate their use. When delivered, we upgraded the feeding section to the latest leading edge feeding module. Although the cost has increased a lot, it is still delivered to the customer at the contract price. Providing customers with higher satisfaction and better equipment is also our first goal.
Two months later, Nasco inspected the shipment via online video. All went well during the inspection. We showed him a few boxes and let him take a closer look at the inside of the box making machine to make sure everything was in order.
Note: The equipment supports language customization and logo customization; equipment testing can be carried out on-site or online through a video.
After the inspection is completed, the equipment begins to be packaged and shipped.
2. Bulgarian after-sales support
When the machine arrives at the port, our engineers will start to provide after-sales support. After two days of installation and commissioning, our BM2508 box making machine started to run and went into trial production to conduct operation training for employees.
Nasko was the first person to be trained because only he has good English and can communicate smoothly with our engineers. He knew the carton slotting machine and quickly mastered the operation. After the carton was produced, he was full of praise for our equipment and was very satisfied.
Over the next few days, our aftermarket engineers and Nasko trained the workers in his factory. Since the operator interface is Bulgarian, the workers quickly learned how to operate the machine and can produce independently. Our equipment for producing cardboard boxes is easy to operate, low in labor intensity, fast in knife adjustment, and high in production efficiency, which is well received by workers.
