1. What’s the price of BM 2508?
The equipment has different configurations, you can even add some optional functions in our BM2508, Please contact us for a detailed quotation.
2. Do you sell a box sticking machine?
We provide the hot melt gluing machine, please check the details on the Youtube video: https://youtu.be/JXeEV3ydp5Q. Besides, We will integrate cold glue devices into BM2508 Plus in the near future. If you have an interest, leave a message in our email, and will let you know as soon as we made it.
3. Does Your BM2508 support the print function?
Sorry, our machine doesn’t support this function at present. We recommend that you use a digital or flexographic printer.
4. Is it possible to cut handle holes on both sides of the outer carton?
Yes, our BM2508 Plus machine can provide an optional hand-hole punching module.

6. What Fefco boxes can be made by the equipment? Can you add some other boxes according to our requirements?

7. Is there any certification for your equipment?
We have the CE certification, and the third-party inspection company SGS provides inspection services.
8. Does the touch screen operating system software provide free updates?
Yes, when there is a program update, we will inform our customers of the program update.
9. Are there any consumable parts of the equipment? Can you provide these parts free of charge?
In our previous equipment, the rubber roller under the cutting knife was easily worn out. Now, we have developed a new mechanism, which is a glass fiber cutter comb, which is very resistant to cutting. It can be used for at least one year. If there is any broken, you can replace the worn comb separately. We will provide it for free within one year. After one year, we only charge the cost price, which is about $20/piece. 1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
ANYBOX is a professional box making machine manufacturer and trading company. We have our own engineer and factory.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Qingdao City, Shandong province, China. Customers can take a flight to Qingdao Liuting International Airport, and we will pick up customers here.
3. Can your products be customized?
Yes, we can print your logo on the machine. OEM is accepted.
4. What’s your payment term?
PAY 50% DEPOSIT BY T/T before production.
PAY 50% BALANCE BY T/T after passing the inspection of goods, before delivery.
5. How about the delivery time?
Usually, it takes 45 working days for production.
6. What is The Harmonization System Code (HS-Code) of BM2508?

7. Is there any installation cases that I can see?
Yes, you can see our machine in many countries, such as China, Australia, North America, Southeast Asia, Europe, and so on. If you come to China, we can lead you to our client’s factory to see the working machine directly. And if you want to see the machine in your country, please contact our sales, we will arrange the time.
8. Can you provide overseas technical support?
Yes, we will send our engineer installing and commissioning the machine, to guarantee the normal operation of the machine. Also, we will provide maintenance training when installing.
9. Is there any warranty and after-sales service?
Yes, a 12-month warranty will be provided since customers receive the machine and start using it. Also, lifetime maintenance and remote technical assistance can be available.
