We met this Swiss customer at the Sinocrugated trade fair in Shanghai. After a simple communication, they operated our BM2508 box making machine on site and were satisfied with the performance and operation. After the exhibition, the customer contacted us and came to our factory to discuss purchasing details. After detailed but not lengthy discussions, they fixed the order and their machines will ship in October 2019. Our team arrived at their company in early December to complete the machine installation.
Since customers have some special requirements for the BM2508 carton box machine, we have made some customizations to make our machine more suitable for their orders. It took us a lot of time, customization always takes more time, but in the end we got the customer’s satisfaction and it was worth it.
When our box making machine was shipped to Switzerland, customers were able to start them up easily without any training, and they gave high marks for the ease of operation of our equipment. Then they tried to produce some cartons with the new machine. The produced cardboard boxes are not only dimensionally accurate, but also clean and tidy.
Our team has seen a lot of advanced machines in our clients’ factories, most of them are purchased from western countries. The customer’s factory is a famous Swiss company. They prefer American and European machines before buying Anybox boxmaker machines. However, after a long purchase, they did not find a satisfactory machine that could meet their requirements until our BM2508. With excellent performance and competitive prices, the BM2508 is exactly what they want.
The customer’s employees are also more than happy to operate the machine on site. They don’t believe this is independently developed and manufactured by the Chinese, thinking that the Chinese factory is just a contract manufacturer. After our engineers introduced the machine, they were surprised that China has such capability in the research of automatic carton machine.
After such a pleasant deal, they want us to develop new products and continue to work with us in the future. Every successful cooperation makes us believe that as long as customers believe in our products, we will give them satisfactory equipment and considerate service.
